Connection Requirements and Process
This connection can only be made to Viewpoint Enterprise Cloud (VEC) instances
It is important that you confirm your organization is utilizing a Viewpoint Enterprise Cloud (VEC) instance. Vista in Viewpoint For Cloud (VFC) instances are not currently supported.
Process
The database connection will be established using Viewpoint's TLS VPN method. The LaborChart Integration Team will provide you with the necessary information to relay to Viewpoint Support and they will handle the appropriate whitelisting of our IP and distribution of your unique data URL.
Additional Requirements
We will also need to obtain:
- A set of read-only SQL credentials
